Q. Do you have a store that I can visit?
Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store yet. However, you can choose to place an order online and then pick up from our warehouse in USJ 13, Subang Jaya.

We do ship worldwide.

Q. I can’t find the item that I want, can you get them in stock?
Feel free to contact us if you need items that are not already in the store, we will try to find them and get back to you with a quote if possible.

Product & Order Questions
Q. My discount code is not working, what do I do?

We are sorry you are having trouble checking out, please note that some discount codes require users to create an account on the site and be logged in upon check out to utilize the discount code.

Q. Does Momento Clo sell genuine products?

Yes! All our product is genuine and original idea & design from designers worldwide.

Q. Can I receive a discount if I order x amount?

At Momento Clo we do our best to offer at reasonable prices for our items. As such, we are unfortunately unable to offer additional discounts for large orders.

Q. An item in my order is now listed as sold out! Will I receive the item?

Don’t panic. Stock for your order has already been secured if you have already placed an order for the item and it has been confirmed. “Sold out” means we are unable to accept new orders for the item.

Q. What do I do if my order is damaged or defected?

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. You may contact our customer service team here.

Q. I accidentally damaged my item. Can you help me get replacement?

We are unfortunately unable to provide service for items damaged by customers.

Q.   How do I take care of XYZ fabric?

Special Finishing: Read the label. Usually special effect items can be outside-in machine-washed (cool) and dried (low). Check the label to see if air-drying is recommended. Touch up with a cool – never hot – iron, if necessary.
Cotton: Cotton holds up well to home laundering. Remove the garment from the dryer promptly to reduce wrinkling. Press using spray starch for the crispness of a laundered shirt.
Cotton blend: Dry cotton-blend garments using your dryer's permanent-press or low-heat cycle and remove immediately to reduce wrinkling. Touch up with a steam iron; starch for a professionally laundered look.
Polyester: Read the label. Usually polyester items can be machine-washed (cool) and dried (low). Check the label to see if air-drying is recommended. Touch up with a cool – never hot – iron, if necessary.
Spandex: Use warm water when hand- or machine-washing items made with spandex. Line-dry or use a low temperature setting when machine-drying to preserve the elasticity of the garment.
Q. Why did I only receive part of my order?

Don't worry, it's on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship from multiple manufacturer. If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

Q. I received the wrong goods, what do I do?

Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our warehouses. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and our customer service team is here to help make things right. Please contact our customer service team via whatsapp, email, or our contact us page, so that they can work to get you your goods as soon as possible. Q. Where can I find product sizing information?

Product sizing varies between different styles. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page as shown in the image below. Unless otherwise specified sizing is in inches and is taken with the item lying flat.

Q. Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. However you may return the item after receive your order and ask for refund. You can get more detail here or you can directly fill up the return and refund form here

Q. Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer exchanges at this time except for pre order item as long as production period not yet started. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us using our (click here for detail) and make a new purchase for the item(s) you want through our site.

Q. How do I return my order?

Returns are accepted for all items within 7 days from the date you received it.. Please visit return policy  for details.

Payment Questions
Q. What payment methods are available?
Momento Clo accept payment in credit cards, PayPal, Online Transfer (via billplz) and Cash Deposit Transfer (for Malaysia only)

Q. What currency do you use?
All payment will be charged in Ringgit Malaysia.

Q. How can I check the status of my order?

We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. You can also see the current status of your order here.

Q. What shipping methods do you offer?

Ready Stock: Orders are generally dispatched within 3 business days (u.n.o)
Pre-Sales: Orders are generally dispatched within 3 business days after advertised delivery date. You may refer to product details tab for more info.
Orders are generally dispatched from our Gombak warehouse.
Domestic orders

Poslaju or similar courier service with tracking and signature.
International orders

Standard EMS (7-14 business days)
Q. What is the shipping cost?

Free Shipping for orders above RM200 within Peninsular Malaysia and RM300 for Sabah/Sarawak/Labuan.
For order below RM200 (Penisular Malaysia) or RM300 (Sabah/Sarawak/Labuan), the shipping cost is depend on courier service company selected by customer (between RM5 to RM20) per orders

Q. Can I change my shipping method or address?

Q. Do you ship to my country?
We ship to anywhere in Malaysia.
